    Refund policy

    Items Purchased Online - Returns and Damages 

    We want you to be happy with your purchase and so we offer the following returns policies. What’s Cooking will replace any items damaged in transit. In order to claim these items you must email us at sales@whatscooking.net.au within 48 hours of the delivery being made with a photo of the damage. If you believe your item is faulty, What's Cooking may require you to send the item back at your own expense for assessment.

     

    Refund Policy & Change of Mind for Online purchases

    In addition to your legal rights we offer a 30 return option if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice for items purchased online only.  Returning these items will be at your cost, and you may choose an exchange or non expiry credit note of the items. The conditions of this return are as follows (i) Item purchased was not a Sale Item (ii) The item must be unused and in as new condition and (iii) The items must be in the original, undamaged packaging. Please contact us on sales@whatscooking.net.au to arrange a return. Items purchased online may be returned by prior arrangement, to one of our stores under the same conditions as set out above. However this is at our discretion as not all products are stocked in all stores. All Credits and exchanges will be via our online store only.   

    Any items returned to us undelivered due to delivery refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address, will be charged at the Courier rate for redelivery.
