Purchasing Online

  • The What’s Cooking team aims to make all shopping experiences, either in store or online to be worry free. This document contains the Terms and conditions under which What’s Cooking will provide online sales and service and also participation in the Cook’s Club rewards program. 

  • Safe and Secure

    • Our website uses the latest in encryption software for your protection. This site does not hold or store any credit card information. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information. We accept the following payment methods:

     

     

    1. Payment Express for MasterCard and VISA credit card purchases,
    1. Paypal for checkout with Paypal accounts
    1. Zippay for checkout withZippay accounts.

     

    • Under normal circumstances, we endeavour to have the item invoiced and shipped within 24 hours from ordering. Business days are considered to be Mon- Fri unless they fall on a NSW public holiday.  

    • Register and log in

      • Cooks Club members use your email as username and password. If you log in online for the first time. Cooks Club members who signed up in store can earn redeem points online. Please see Cooks Club under Terms and Conditions for further information. All product information on the What's Cooking website is provided in good faith as being accurate at the time of entry and aims to accurately represent all products particularly colour and finish in images. 

      • Where is my order?

        • Due to high volume, we endeavour to have your order packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from placing the order. Business days are considered to be Mon- Fri unless they fall on a NSW public holiday. You will receive an email from Australia Post (noreply@notifications.auspost.com.au) once your order has been dispatched and will be able to check its status directly with Australia Post.  

        • You will receive Australia Post tracking number via email from noreply@notifications.auspost.com.au once your order has been dispatched and will be able to check its status directly with Australia Post. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your tracking details.  You can track your order with your Aus Post tracking number at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

         


        • Tracking details can be requested via email to sales@whatscooking.net.au. Please clearly state your name, your order #  or customer code as reference 

         

        • When will I receive my order? 
        • Due to the current volume of orders, our fulfilment time is longer than normal. Please allow 1-5 days for your order to be fulfilled before being posted. Australia Post is also experiencing higher than normal volumes and has advised longer delivery times than normal.

        • Delivery

          We do not quantify or guarantee a shipping arrival date and do not take any responsibility for loss or disappointment due to delivery dates. If the order is urgent please contact us and we will discuss options. All information given for purchase and shipping must be accurate and a valid Australian Postal address. We take no responsibility for inaccurate or imprecise information.

           If you are not usually home during business days you might consider a post office box or work delivery address, if no one is home to receive the parcel, local Australia Post guidelines apply. Any items returned to us undelivered due to delivery refusal, non-collection at the Post Office, or incorrect address, will be charged at the Australia Post rate for redelivery. You can track your delivery via Australia Post Tracking service at www.auspost.com.au/track 

        • Delivery is determined by tour postcode address and will be calculated once you put your postcode into the shipping details at the Checkout. We ship to Australian street postal addresses ONLY. Overseas shipping is not available at this stage. We use Australia Post to ship all goods. We endeavour to ship as soon as possible after ordering however we do not quantify or guarantee a shipping arrival date and do not take any responsibility for loss or disappointment due to delivery dates.       • Items Purchased  Online - Returns and Damages

     

     

    • We want you to be happy with your purchase and so we offer the following returns policies. Damaged or Faulty GoodsWhat’s Cooking will replace any items damaged in transit. In order to claim these items you must email us at sales@whatscooking.net.au within 48 hours of the delivery being made with a photo of the damage.

      We will organise a replacement and will advise on the return of the damaged goods, which will be send back at our cost. Under the Trade Practices Act you are entitled to choose a repair, exchange or  non expiry credit note if products you have purchased are faulty, unfit for the product’s intended or advertised purpose or different from the description or specifications presented. In this situation please contact us on sales@whatscooking.net.au and wewill assist you with the claim.
      Where items are sold under a manufacturer’s warranty we will liaise with the manufacturer to solve any issues.

      

    • Refund Policy & Change of Mind for Online purchases

    • In addition to your legal rights we offer a 30 return option if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice for items purchased online only.  Returning these items will be at your cost, and you may choose an exchange or non expiry credit note of the items. The conditions of this return are as follows (i) Item purchased was not a Sale Item (ii) The item must be unused and in as new condition and saleable.(iii) The items must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
