- We want you to be happy with your purchase and so we offer the following returns policies. What’s Cooking will replace any items damaged in transit. In order to claim these items you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the delivery being made with a photo of the damage.
If you believe your item is faulty What's Cooking may require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment. Click here to Purchase an Australia Post return. Under the Trade Practices Act you are entitled to choose a repair, exchange or non expiry credit note if products you have purchased are faulty, unfit for the product’s intended or advertised purpose or different from the description or specifications presented. In this situation please contact us on email@example.com and we will assist you with the claim. Where items are sold under a manufacturer’s warranty we will liaise with the manufacturer to solve any issues.
