Microplane graters are dishwasher-safe and feature surgical-grade, photo-etched stainless steel blades. Easy grip handle and cover are included. Dishwasher safe, however it is recommended rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use.
The Zester is, of course perfect for citrus zest but also finely minces garlic, ginger, shallots and other aromatics, hard cheeses and is a perfect nutmeg and other hard spice grater. The long thin blade used upside down catches the zest or other gratings for easy control of portion and less mess.
