An exciting new product from KitchenAid. This Bread bowl with baking lid allows you to mix, knead, prove, and bake your bread in the one attachment. Mix the ingredients, knead with your dough hook, and then cover with the ceramic lid to prove.
The lid then becomes the base on which to bake your bread and the bowl is inverted to create a dome lid, which aids in heat retention and steaming for perfectly baked bread.
The 4.8 Litre Ceramic bowl will fit all Tilt head KitchenAid mixers in the KSM150, 160, 170, 177 ranges, it has a KitchenAid 5 year no chip limited warranty. It will hold up to 3.5 Cups of flour and bakes a loaf of 450-680grams.
The product is Freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Oven safe (to 260oC) and is a soft cream/grey speckle.
